South Yorkshire Green Business Club Breakfast Meeting - Sheffield Is My Planet

Friday 27th June 2008, 7.00am - 8.30am

Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, Albion House, Savile Street, Sheffield

Following on from the highly successful World Environment Day in 2007 featuring Al Gore, Sheffield Is My Planet (SIMP) held its second annual event ealier this month. SIMP will be the citywide entity for communicating climate change issues. It will deal with awareness raising, information provision and be a coordinating portal for the local aspects of combating climate change.

This SYGBC Breakfast Event will allow the information gathered from the recent "Hothouse" event, jointly organised between SIMP and the CABE (the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) to be presented. In addition, this will be an opportunity to gain a better understanding of what SIMP's aims are and how you can shape its development from a business perspective as it moves forward.
